So many talented artists, so many styles of art.  We all have something to say - some quietly and others loud and challenging. I think our common bond is a strong visual sense and a feeling of compulsion, almost addiction,  to express ourselves in images.  I resisted my artistic urges for too long and am now catching up.

Some artworks come from my imagination and others can be inspired by what's around me - the sea, the hedgerows, my windowsill or somewhere I've visited.  A spark is lit and off I go.  It may be mixed media - acrylics or water colour - or a cyanotype print using the power of the sun to produce an image on paper.  

I've just finished exhibiting at Bude Castle with four other local artists and am currently planning a selling area on here.  In the meantime I am creating and selling collage papers on Ebay, and have some cyanotype prints and original cards available here too.
